To have DASF reimburse you for your club related expenses you need to do three (3) things:

• Print and fill in the Treasurer’s Reimbursement Form (click “Print” below to print it on your computer)
• Send it to the Treasurer or give it to her at a meeting
• Attach your receipts (expenses will not be reimburse without attached receipts)
