EVENING SAIL

Works of a nineteenth-century New England painter have always held an attraction for Rebecca Trimble who gave her permission to Deb to lead you in painting this primitive scene. The clean lines and spare composition are recognizable as a typical New England style.

Preparation of your wood surface is the secret to having a successful painting. You will receive your surface in May so that you have an opportunity to do the sanding, sealing, and painting required.  Surfaces are free to DASF members PARTICIPATING in the program. Plan to sign-up in advance (at May Meeting OR by mail) if you want to receive a FREE surface.

• Receive your Box at the previous meeting in May.
• Learn the PROPER way to prepare a wood surface!
• Instructions included with your Box. Sanding, sealing, re-sanding, base coating and sanding again all done PRIOR TO CLASS.
