WATERCOLOR PENCILS
Negative painting techniques and watercolor pencils will be used to create this colorful painting.Watercolor pencils use a water-soluble binder that can be brushed with water to activate the medium. They are capable of producing intense color if dipped in water before applying to the watercolor paper.

The dragonfly is a familiar sight to those who spend the summers in SW Florida!

• 9×12 watercolor paper
• FREE:   This program includes a FREE 9×12 sheet of watercolor paper and a set of 12 Watercolor Pencils. Watercolor paper and watercolor pencils are free for DASF members participating in the program;  Pencils & Surface are available for non-members for $5.00 total cost.

• Pencil Sets retail for $5.00 but will be available for free to DASF members participating in the program. You will also receive a pencil pouch and a pencil sharpener.
