Painters all created beautiful sea and surf meeting the sand based on Jackie’s able instruction. Applying the joyful child pattern to the canvas was almost a surprise as a large area of the background was covered! We painted like ‘real’ artists mixing colors we needed …NO bottles of paint today! Our skin tones varied from that of a first day of vacation in the sun to a child with skin darkened by many trips to the beach. Thanks, Jackie, for helping us have a fun day painting.
