Julie Polderdyke

Nationally recognized and published many times, Julie shares her Christmas rolling pin design that has been published in “Paint Works” magazine. You can transform this holiday piece into a decorative towel holder or get really creative by using the design on any surface of your choice. Just bring that surface prepped and Julie will teach her easy stripe method.

In addition, she has a NEW DESIGN that she will also teach. You just choose the Christmas Design with candy cane stripes and holly or choose the Americana Design with stripes, an apple and bows. Stripes are stripes and Julie will help you be master of this technique.

Choose your surface, choose your preferred design, and bring your  brushes. Julie has watercolor canvas rolling pin covers available if you have a “working” rolling pin that you want to display as your work of art and then – voila! – whip off the cover and start rolling the dough.

Julie has been teaching for over 25 years and has owned a ceramic studio and a tole studio in California. She has taught in large chain stores in Ohio and in local chapters and privately owned studios in both Ohio and Florida. She is contracted with Artist’s Club to design on some of their pieces. Julie is a member of several chapters in Florida and travel teaches throughout the state.

This seminar is appropriate for beginning to intermediate painters.
