October PHOTO Gallery

Always lots of Show-and-Tell and always great things to hear about! In October we learned more about a special dimensional product that was introduced in September. The product is PEBEO VITRAIL. Sharing our art and our experiments helps us all grow skills Thank you to all who participate.

“Sanibel Lighthouse” was a history lesson as the cottages we painted were washed away by hurricane Ian, as was one of the four (4) legs that support the light. The leg is restored. The entire structure has been repainted. The cottages are gone with no plans to be replaced. Since Ian damage, two more hurricanes targeted Florida in the 2-weeks prior to this painting project! Attendance was light as some members had not returned in time from mandatory evacuation orders. Thank you Carol Blankenship – you did a great job! And you brought normalcy back to our lives
